Introducing Trois in Deventer

For this project, we worked with Trois, a newly opened restaurant in Deventer. Sky Agency created a short documentary-style video to introduce the restaurant, its vision, and the people behind it to both new and existing audiences.

A Personal and Honest Story

The video was built around an interview with the chef and co-owner, combined with cinematic B-roll from the kitchen and restaurant. By keeping the story transparent, personal, and vulnerable, we created a strong emotional connection between the viewer and the brand.

Real Results From One Video

Since the video went live, Trois has attracted more guests through the content. The video reached 15.8k views, generated 200+ new followers, and proved the power of authentic storytelling for a new restaurant.
